This gives us a broader perspective on the regional development market through our contact with developers and investors active in all product types throughout the southeast. Many of those developers and investors are not based in the southeast, but in other parts of the country, and active outside the region.  We are able to expose your property to the widest audience of qualified buyers insuring that no stone goes unturned in finding the right buyer for your property.  While we gladly cooperate with outside brokers representing qualified buyers, we take a proactive approach to sourcing buyers and do not rely on buyer brokers to sell your property for us.  You can rest assured that if we engage in a representation agreement with you we are doing so in the belief that we will find the right buyer at the highest price and best terms in the market place.  In many cases we are able to generate multiple offers on the properties we represent which creates competition driving up the price and tightening the terms which benefits you, our client.
