With almost 30 years experience in  land acquisition, disposition, entitlement, site development, construction, marketing and design we understand your business and glean from our wealth of hands-on and boots on the ground experience to provide you with the best guidance available. Bradley A. Addicks has 28 years of experience in real estate including land acquisition and disposition, asset management, development consulting, site development, and construction. His career has included six years at Marcus & Millichap specializing in land and multi-family transactional and advisory services throughout the southeast, head of Infill development and land acquisitions for Waterford Homes, and running his own successful in-fill development and home building company in Atlanta. His land transaction and advisory services have involved land suitable for retail, office, hotel, industrial, residential, and mixed-use development. His residential transaction, development and advisory experience has ranged from suburban sites for large master planned communities to high density urban in-fill, and mixed-use.

His advisory services assist land owners in positioning their property for maximum return on investment, and help builders, developers and investors make market savvy acquisition, disposition and development decisions. He is particularly skilled in uncovering often overlooked opportunities, mitigating the entitlement process in an efficient manner, determining the most appropriate uses for a site, and understanding in-fill residential and mixed-use development.

During his career he has represented a wide array of real estate owners including individuals and families, investors, developers, institutions, publicly traded REIT’s, private equity funds, and syndicates. Some of his clients include Colony Capital, Centerline Capital Group, SunTrust Bank, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. He has been involved in real estate transactions valued at over $250,000,000 throughout his career.

Mr. Addicks is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia with a double major in Economics and French. Additionally, he successfully completed the University of Miami, School of Architecture New Urbanism course, and is an active member of The Urban Land Institute.
